I wanted to review the new Mad Max comic this week but I have yet to see the film so I plan on seeing the film this weekend so I will throw it into next weeks reviews to catch up on it.

The first Saturday in May since 2002 has been Free Comic Book Day Around the world and this year was one of the biggest on record.
One of the highlights of WonderCon was the great Scott Shaw! Oddball Comics panel. Scott is one of the most talented guys around.
Lots of new books this week and sadly there are some really bad ones that you will need to avoid. Thankfully there are some good ones that make up for them.
Another year around the sun means that the year 2014 has come to an end. As with most years there is both good and bad that we all go through.
The Pop Culture Maven Crew will be off for the rest of the week to celebrate the holidays with family and friends.

With the success of the Marvel superhero films it’s was no big surprise that Warner Bros. who owns DC comics has decided to hit the overdrive button to play catch up with their own universe of films.
