A big week for comics. I will be at WonderCon this weekend so if you see me say Hi. Lots of new comics this week so let’s get started.
D4VE #2 IDW Writer & Letterer Ryan Ferrier, Artist & Colorist Valentin Ramon I was very impressed by the first issue of this book and hoped that the second issue kept the momentum going.
Howard The Duck #1 Marvel Comics Writer Chip Zdarsky, Artist Joe Quinones, Colorist Rico Renzi, Letterer Travis Lanham Doing a new Howard the Duck without the original creator Steve Gerber is always going to be a tough road to travel.
Another week and another truckload of new comic books that hit the shelves. So I will try to squeeze in as many as I can this week.
Dang it seems as if each weeks new comics are getting bigger and harder for me to review so many titles now.
This week brings both old and new comics back to the review pile. So let’s get going shall we? The Kitchen #3 Vertigo Comics Writer Ollie Masters, Artist Ming Doyle, Colorist Jordie Bellaire, Letterer Clem Robins Vertigo has put out some really solid books lately and The Kitchen continues to impress.
Sorry about not posting on Wednesday. I was a bit under the weather Tuesday night so got some well deserved rest and so everything should be back on track now.
Todays reviews are going to be on the quick side due to time constraints this week. So lets get to it.
