New Comic Book Reviews Week Of 1/16/19
There is a lot going on in both personal and professional so I’m going to keep it very short this week so I’m sorry for not getting in as many comic book reviews as I would like to.

Sorry about missing last week. I was setting things up for the Retro City Festive console museum that I was in charge of and it took the whole weekend to get set up, run, and then pack back up so it was a very long weekend.
Well the final week of new comic books comes to a quite ending with the in-between Christmas and New Years super-duper light week with only a handful of comics to hit the stands this week and there are only two book to review this week.
Well the plan was to have these up last Friday but the website was crashing and my webmaster had to do some emergency work on the backend to get it back going.

We’re getting to the end of the year and this week sees a big push of new comic book series releases to get to.
Archie #700 Archie Comics Writer Nick Spencer, Artist Marguerite Sauvage, Letterer Jack Morelli After a great run with writer Mark Waid it was going to be tough going for any new writer to take over the reins of this book and still keep the momentum and the quality of this book on track.
The Terrible Elizabeth Dumn Against the Devils in Suits Image Comics/IHQ Studios Writer and Artist Arabson, Adaptation James Robinson, Colorist Anderson Cabral This new English adaption of Brazil’s Arabson is a real treat and a bargain in this weeks new comics.
The Green Lantern #1 DC Comics Writer Grant Morrison, Artist Liam Sharp, Colorist Steve Oliff, Letterer Tom Orzechowski After a long absence Morrison gets back in the superhero saddle and tackles the Green Lantern Universe and gets things off nicely in this first outing.
Deathstroke/Yogi Bear #1 DC Comics Writer Frank Tieri, Artist Mark Texeira, Colorist Jeromy Cox, Letterer Wes Abbott, Secret Squirrel Part 1 Writer J.M.
