So the new Godzilla 2014 film has finally hit theaters and while the movie did very well in its opening weekend by scoring a whopping $93 million dollars but there now seem to be a bit of a backlash over the lack of screen time that Godzilla has.
Today in the Hollywood Reporter there was a story that the head of the Theater Owners Association John Fithian said this about the Oscar Best Picture Winner 12 Years A Slave, “It’s not that I didn’t consider the movie worthy of watching.
Well the 2014 Oscars have come and went and now that the dust has settled lets see how it feels. I had seen all 9 Best picture nominations and the good news was that all 9 were actually good compared to some mediocre choices from previous years (yea I’m looking at you Avatar and Les Miserables).
Getting out to the movies lately for me has been a real challenge. Between getting sick and being busy I finally got a chance to see Gravity over the weekend.
