With WonderCon coming to Los Angeles this weekend there is a lot to see and do at the show. There will be a ton of panels and surprisingly the Hollywood influence is pretty lean this year and seems to be a bigger focus on comics this time around.
DC Comics recently announced that they are re-launching a line of Hanna-Barbera line of comics but instead of aiming them just for kids they are having top talent make them for a wider audience just like the original animated series did back in the 1960’s.

The last week of the month brings the last batch of #1 Convergence titles to the shelves and it’s been more misses than hits for the books.
There are a few things that I want to go over before the reviews this week. First because of my vacation last week I will try to hit books from both this and last weeks releases.
Day 2 of WonderCon got off to a busy start for all. The parking at the convention center this year has become a major issue for a lot of people.
Welcome back to this weeks new comic book reviews. I could only get to 4 new books and 1 from a few weeks back but there are some good reads this week and thankfully no disappointments in the bunch.
