Another huge week of books bombed the comic book shelves again this week and managed to squeeze in both new and returning champs into the mix.
The past couple of weeks have been brutal on the wallet at my comic shop with lots of good books and there were some new and returning books on the review hit list this week.
It’s the end of a long week and there was a flood of comics that came out this week. So let’s go!
Lots of new and returning comic books this week so lets get cracking! Moon Knight #1 Marvel Comics Writer Warren Ellis, Artist Declan Shalvey, Colorist Jordie Bellaire, Letterer Chris Eliopoulos Moon Knight is one of those characters over at Marvel that seems to have more lives than a cat.
Well this week there are some real disappointments with some of the new books that started this week. But there were some surprises too so lets see how everything fairs this week.
It seem like every week there are so many comics that hit the stands and I never seem to keep up with them.
Well I got off easy last week but the number of new number one issues this week was a flood compared to last week.
After the past few crushing weeks of new number one titles this week was a bit smaller. So we have two new ones and two returning titles to the list.
I was as surprised as anyone to find out that in 1974 Marvel Comics under the Curtis Magazine logo published Comix Book edited by Denis Kitchen of Kitchen Sink Press and lasted only five issues (Marvel published the first three issues and Kitchen Sink Press published issues 4 &
