Yes I know that I’m behind and had started to write the previous two weeks reviews but, was so far behind and this was a light week that I decided to do this week first and hopefully in a few days get the others done.
Back again with this weeks new comic book reviews. I am still trying to catch up but its a slow process that things are not going as well as I had hoped.
It’s a pretty small week with the big release of Wonder Woman #750 and a few others so lets get to it.
The Dollhouse Family #1 DC Black Label/Hill House Comics Writer M.R. Carey, Layouts Peter Gross, Finishes Vince Locke, Colorist Cris Peter, Letterer Todd Klein, Back-Up Story Writer Joe Hill, Artist Dan McDaid, Colorist John Kalisz, Letterer Wes Abbott The second of the Hill House Comics reunites the Unwritten team of Carey and Gross and they fit nicely into this mix with this first issue.
Conan The Barbarian: Exodus #1 Marvel Comics Writer & Artist Esad Ribić It’s a rare feat to be able to pull off a “silent” comic story but I have to hand it to Ribić that not only is he a brilliant artist but a solid writer too.
Archie: The Married Life – 10th Anniversary #1 Archie Comics Writer Michal Uslan, Penciller Dan Parent, Inker J. Bone, Colorist Glenn Whitmore, Letterer Jack Morelli For those who are not fans of the new Archie comics or Riverdale will be thrilled to take a trip to the past with this book that features the classic look and feel of the old school Archie comics.
Sorry about missing reviews last week but with spending five days at SDCC there is simply no way of doing reviews or anything else.

Steel Cage #1 Ahoy Comics Writers Tom Peyer/Stuart Moore/Mark Waid, Artist Alan Robinson/Peter Gross/Lanna Souvanny, Colorists Lee Loughridge/Giulia Brusco, Letterer Rob Steen Three will enter and only one will win in this intriguing project with three different stories by different creative teams in a bake off to see which one is the best.
Superman Year One #1 DC Black Label Writer Fran k Miller, Penciller John Romita Jr., Inker Danny Miki, Colorist Alex Sinclair, Letterer John Workman This longe gestating project has finally come out and I must say that overall it was worth the wait.
