It’s a small week for new comic books and with WonderCon starting today I had to cut the reviews a bit short.

Gideon Falls #1 Image Comics Writer Jeff Lemire, Artist Andrea Sorrentino, Colorist Dave Stewart Tomorrow is the day that we finally get to see the long-awaited reunion of the Green Arrow team doing their own series this time and its been well worth the wait.
This is a pretty big week and a huge flood of Batman comics from DC. Waid and Samnee are back and this time bringing their magic to Captain America that sorely needed it after the Secret Empire train wreck.

Mister Miracle #1 DC Comics Writer Tom King, Artist & Colorist Mitch Gerads, Letterer Clayton Cowles While not officially a Young Animal title it defiantly has the feel of those titles.
Another big week of new comic book reviews. There are some strong new series that start this week and the DC Universe crossovers with the Looney Tunes specials starts off this week and continues through the month.
Because of the Wonder Woman screening I attended on Wednesday (and if you missed my review of the film check it out HERE) this will be a truncated review week and only a few books.
I was lucky enough last night to get to see an advance screening of Wonder Woman Wednesday night to a packed house and to say that the audience was excited was an understatement.
There was a lot riding on these DC/Hanna-Barbera specials this week because I’m a huge fan of the original Hanna-Barbera animated series.
