A pretty small week for new comics this week, with mostly returning series and a few new ones. As always make sure that you support you’re local comic shop and I get mine at Pulp Fiction Comics Long Beach CA and they have a great Facebook Group Page that has a great active community.
As we get older we have to face the sad fact that people who inspire and entertained us in our youth will no longer be with us.
Another big week for new comics and DC Rebirth keeps rolling in and there were a few surprises too. So with so many books I will try to keep it brief so I can squeeze them all in this week.

Yes, I’m finally back online after going to WonderCon and then heading off for a weeks long vacation with the family.
A nice light week of new comic books hit the stands and only a few new #1 issues with some returning series to the review pile.
This is one of the few weeks in recent history of these reviews that there were few #1 comics this week so it will allow for more reviews of current releases instead of just new books and that is a very welcomed sight.
I was planning on getting last weeks new comic book reviews up earlier in the week but got a dreaded cold and that threw a monkey wrench into everything.
Wes Craven was a master of horror but was a master filmmaker. While he will forever be known as the man who created Freddy Krueger and made us all afraid to fall asleep every night, he was also a gracious and kind person who loved to meet his fans.
